Skinny Piñata Sauce
Once again, a nod to our town’s long-lost famous Mexican
restaurant. They had the craziest taco dressing/all around sauce. (If
you know, you know). It was tart and tangy, sweet and zingy. And
ohhh so yummy. It was about ⅓ oil and ⅓ sugar, so how could it NOT
be good! Well, that was fine when we were kids, but... surprise, we
aren’t kids anymore and we can’t eat like that. So we made the only
oil-free, sugar-free version we’ve ever even heard of. Dare we say,
it’s even better than the original? And it’s a TOTAL crowd pleaser!
Try it on tacos, nachos, quesadillas, chicken, fish, burgers&dogs,
anything! It’s taking the world by storm!
